The 21+ adult MUST be present at our location: We will match the name on the credit/debit card used for the reservation with their ID, confirming they are 21+—no EXCEPTIONS and NO REFUNDS if you book and arrive without someone who is 21+, as we reserve skis for your adventure, which prevents us from renting the ski to someone else.

Capacity: Maximum of 2 riders per Jet Ski, with a combined weight limit of 400lb

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are provided for cancellations made over 48 hours before the reservation time. No refunds within 48 hours

Legal Compliance: All riders must sign our hazard/indemnity waivers and agree to our safety rules. Non-compliance will result in an immediate return to shore without a refund

Alcohol Policy: We operate a strict no-intoxication policy

TPWD Boater Education: Riders born after September 1, 1993, must have a boater's safety card or purchase a 15-day temporary waiver for $10

Safety First: Adherence to the Texas Water Safety Act is mandatory
